Bulk Water

Bulk Water sale supply and trading, bottled and unbottled.
Our supply of Spring Water is of the highest chemistry certification, exceeding all requirements for potability, and making it ideal for bottling, even under your own brand name if preferred.
We can supply approximately 400,000 Litres per day and loaded at a rate of 1000 Litres per minute.
The Water chemistry is laboratory analytically certified by SANAS and exceeds set requirements, being of great purity and balance. Totally potable and of superior grading.
Our average of volume loads is approximately 417 containers per month (± 27 days) with a possible overlap of a day or two, depending on the availability of Containers supply. Generally this pans out to a 4 week continuous flow of supply managed by our Freight Services department.
The transportation of unbottled bulk water is done with special bladders and lined with EVOH layers, specifically engineered for the transport of Liquids & Food grade cargo, and eliminates any concerns a client may have regarding the preserving of cargo integrity.
Illustrating the two most popular industry chains of supply, that are normally adopted by our clients:
We can supply it in bulk or Bottled (see relevant images below),
Unbottled large volumes (normally up to 24,000L for a 20 foot container), and ship it worldwide, in special bladder lined containers, preserving the crystal clear chemistry of the water, from supply to destination (and thereafter). This way the client can receive the containers, remove the bladders, keep water stored therein or else transport it in the bladders to dispense water content in larger water ground tanks. The transport of the water, involves lining the containers with protective barrier to avoid bladder rolling and thus ensure a strict and safe transportation. It also positions the pump dispensing valve apparatus clear from the container door preventing possible damage to it.
Bottled water is another popular form of supply and exportation, and it usually entails coordinating the bulk supply at site (from water tanks storage or inline supply), transporting it in mobile tankers (Water tank vehicles, Bladders or Portatanks) to Bottling plant, and where a pre-arranged volume is adhered to, based on bottle and cap design, volume/litres per bottle and packaging choice. Then it travels to any destination according to freight arrangement.
Throughout the whole process, water integrity is kept the same.
Bladders are the ideal way to transport bulk water.
With various shapes, caters for volumes up to
250,000 Litres. In Containers, the maximum is 24,000 L bladder.
Easily fitted into containers, these are lined to avoid rolling,
keeping contents stable and pure from source to destination.
Fitted by professional workmen and with dispensing bulkhead
safely fitted away from the door.
Bladders are used to transport any liquid and food grade products.
Certification covers ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO22000/PAS1008/COA
Kosher/Halaal and railroad testing.

container, ready for transportation.
Lined all around, it keeps the bladder from roll effect, keeping
it strict and fixed to place.
The bulkhead loading and dispensing valve apparatus is kept
away from the container door, ensuring easy and safe access,
for filling the bladder or dispensing from it.
The bladder can be used on its own by the client, to create a
grid of storage, in the absence of a water tank or any other
storage solution.
